CadSoft Online

Offers Eagle Layout Editor. There is a freeware version available for download to use for smaller projects or evaluation. A good source for layout software if you need to generate Gerber files to submit for manufacturing.

These guys produce outstanding compiler software. They have a trial version of the AVR compiler with the only limitation being a 2k program size limit. Cost of the full version is extremely reasonable.
